  • Worked with a diversified student population to develop personalized education plans.  Curriculum was recognized by administration as exceeding state standards, innovative, well organized, and creative. AIMS scores moved to “Exceeding” within one year of joining the 10th grade team.

  • Served as 10th Grade Team Leader, with experience in academic program development, utilizing new trends and developments in the field, while developing training programs for new teachers.

  • Managed four classes of thirty students. Set rules, established boundaries, delivered content to target audience daily, promoted collaborative learning by infusing diversity into the curriculum. Students co-wrote for the QC Independent, participated in community reading programs, and attended lectures from Holocaust survivors to enhance the learning experience.

  • Published and edited three Queen Creek High School yearbooks, while stressing teamwork. Yearbook was selected by publisher as a benchmark for other institutions through sample circulation.  Staff of forty-two students evaluated, recruited, and managed.

  • Work with AZ committee to improve local relationships with politicians, non-profit organizations, businesses, and interfaith councils through organized service projects, community events, press content and church affairs.  Make a Difference Day coordination recognized in local papers with over 400 hours of service for the homeless community in Phoenix.

  • Developed and maintained Facebook pages, media links, and streaming efforts to inform local community of the beliefs and mission of the church.  Streaming media increased traffic to websites and awareness by estimated 70%.
